The zen hypnotherapy quit smoking program is very comprehensive,  designed for heavy smokers, those that have smoked for a long time, or those that have found it impossible to stay quit in the past.   The program does not rely on hypnosis alone as studies show that the success rate is higher when hypnosis is combined with other proven techniques, such as behavioural counselling and phone support over a period of time.

There are two Standard Quit Smoking Programs

  1.  INTENSIVE ONE OF SESSION:  For those who wish to stop immediately. A “one of a kind” intense session is available from Zen Hypnotherapy. Depending on how open your mind is to the suggestions presented, this session will run between one and three hours. Positive affirmations, association strategies, and conventional hypnotherapy procedures are all included. Once finished, smoking will truly make you physically unwell, and you will actually loathe the concept of smoking. This has an 85% success rate and, if necessary, just needs one or two quick 20-minute “top up” sessions.

2.  FIVE SESSION PROGRAM.  Five sessions over 10 weeks, with downloadable hypnosis tools and audios that boosts the effectiveness between each session.  Many clients don’t need the full 5 sessions to quit smoking permanently.

Zen hypnotherapy’s 5-session quit smoking programmes are popular with clients because they allow them to smoke throughout therapy if they have the stomach for it. This makes it simpler for you to quit smoking as you won’t be under any pressure to stop when you’re not ready or given a quit date. The five-session approach gradually breaks each and every unconscious connection that maintains the smoking habit, resulting at a point where you no longer have the want to smoke. Some people will reach that conclusion after just one session, while others could need all five.

I’ve smoked before, and I understand where you’re at right now.
