The program I run is very comprehensive and is designed for heavy smokers, those that have smoked for a long time, or those that have found it difficult to stop in the past.   The program does not rely on hypnosis alone as studies show that the success rate is higher when hypnosis is combined with other proven techniques, such as behavioural counselling and phone support over a period of time.

I offer a 5 session program over 12 weeks, with phone support and downloadable hypnosis audios that boosts the effectiveness of each session in between.  Many clients don’t need the full 5 sessions and if that is the case for you, then you only pay for the sessions needed.

The thing that clients enjoy about my program is that they can continue to smoke during the program, the program assists you to become a non-smoker, and rather than giving you a deadline or quit date, and asking you to stop when you may not be ready, the program gradually unhooks each and everyone of the unconscious connections that keeps the smoking habit in place, until you reach a point where the desire to smoke is no longer there. For some that will be after only 1 session, and for others it might take up to 5 sessions.
