More than just hypnotherapy!
Counselling is great if you feel you need to talk about issues you are having, safely and without fear of criticism or judgement.
You are free to talk about whats on your mind, and you can share as much or as little as you like.
Sometimes talking about your issues with an unbiased person can help gain a different perspective and way of looking at things.
Visit a number of websites and you can end up confused by how many services and types of therapy are on offer and not really know which one is the right one for you.
The reality is that many of the services on offer are just re-branded therapies and techniques that are given a new label for marketing purposes, and I feel that all it does is create confusion.
One example is hypnotherapy for birthing, also referred to as “hypnobirthing”, another company advertises “hypnobabies”, I have heard the term “calm birthing” and also “birth by hypnosis”. They all have differences, but the underlying principles are the same.
Rather than offer you a confusing list of the different types and brands of therapy on offer, we have a selection of the common things that people want help with. The type of therapy used will change depending on what you want to work on , but can be split into the three generalised areas above; Hypnotherapy, life coaching and counselling.
